Delivery

At Royale Flowers and Gifts, we are committed to delivering fresh flowers and curated gifts on time and in perfect condition. This Delivery Policy outlines how we process, handle, and fulfill deliveries.

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently offer delivery services within:

• Nairobi County

• Selected parts of the Nairobi Metropolitan area (please confirm availability with our team before placing an order)

If you’re unsure whether your location is within our delivery zone, kindly reach out via WhatsApp or call before ordering.

2. Same-Day Delivery

We offer same-day delivery for all orders confirmed and paid before 2:00 PM (Monday to Saturday). Orders received after this time may be scheduled for the next business day.

Note: Sunday and public holiday deliveries may be limited or subject to prior arrangement.

3. Delivery Hours

Deliveries are made between:

• 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday to Saturday

Specific delivery time requests (e.g. “before noon”) can be made at checkout or via WhatsApp, and we will do our best to accommodate them. However, we cannot guarantee exact times due to route planning and traffic conditions.

4. Delivery Process

Once your order is confirmed and payment received:

• A confirmation message will be sent to you via WhatsApp or email.

• Your order will be carefully prepared and scheduled for delivery.

• Our dispatch team will deliver the flowers/gift to the provided address.

If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery:

• We will attempt to contact the recipient and/or sender.

• The delivery may be left with a third party (e.g. reception, security, or neighbor) with approval.

• If delivery is unsuccessful, redelivery may be arranged at an extra cost.

5. Delivery Charges

• Nairobi CBD & Environs: Free or minimal charge depending on distance.

• Greater Nairobi: Delivery fees vary by location and are calculated at checkout or upon consultation.

• Delivery charges will be clearly communicated before order confirmation.

6. Accuracy of Delivery Information

Please ensure all delivery details (name, phone number, location) are accurate.
Royale Flowers and Gifts will not be held responsible for failed deliveries due to:

• Incorrect address or contact number

• Recipient not being available

• Inaccessible delivery location

7. Packaging and Presentation

All flowers and gifts are delivered:

• Fresh and professionally arranged

• In secure, attractive packaging

• With optional custom messages included on request

8. Delivery Confirmation

After delivery, a confirmation message (and optional photo proof) will be shared with the sender via WhatsApp.

9. Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to deliver on time, unexpected delays may occur due to traffic, weather conditions, or other external factors. We will communicate any delays promptly and work with you to ensure satisfaction.
