1. General
Royale Flowers and Gifts is a registered business offering flower arrangements and curated gift hampers for delivery within Nairobi and selected surrounding areas. Our services are provided subject to the following conditions.

All orders must be placed through our official WhatsApp number or website.
Orders are subject to availability of products and delivery slots.
Royale Flowers and Gifts reserves the right to reject or cancel orders due to incomplete information, unavailability, or any reason deemed valid.
Custom or special requests may require additional time and charges.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be made in full before dispatch of any order.
We accept payments via M-PESA, bank transfer, and any additional methods clearly indicated on our platforms.
Once payment is made, a confirmation will be sent to you via WhatsApp or email.
4. Deliveries
We offer same-day delivery for orders confirmed and paid before our cut-off time (usually 2:00 PM).
Deliveries are made to Nairobi and select surrounding areas. Please contact us to confirm delivery coverage.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide correct delivery details (name, address, phone number).
Failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information may result in additional delivery charges.
While we strive for timely delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or events beyond our control.
5. Product Substitution
Due to seasonal availability and market changes, we may substitute flowers or packaging with similar items of equal or higher value.
Substitutions will always preserve the overall style, theme, and quality of the original request.
In case of significant variations, we will contact the customer for approval before proceeding.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders cancelled at least 24 hours before delivery time may be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery may be non-refundable, especially for custom or perishable products.
If an order is undeliverable due to our fault, a full refund or redelivery will be offered.
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to the original mode of payment.
7. Returns
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon delivery.
Any complaints must be raised within 2 hours of delivery with photo evidence for review.
Approved complaints may be resolved through replacement or partial/full refund.
8. Use of Website
You agree not to misuse our website, copy our content without permission, or interfere with our systems.
All content, including logos, images, and designs, are the property of Royale Flowers and Gifts and protected by copyright.
